There are 45 sets of Equipments in the Dehairing Plant, the Spinning Plant has 4 sets of Italian woollen spinning production lines and with production ability 100 tons(14-32NM) annually and has 3000 spindles of domestic equipment for semi-worsted and worsted spinning with 80 tons(14-60NM) production ability annually.
Every clipping season, SG CASHMERE technicians will go to Inner Mongolia and Outer Mongolia to purchase the raw cashmere directly from the farmers. This guarantee the purity of our cashmere products from the origin. With our own Dehairing and Spinning in our own factory, we could strictly control the quality from every production procedure. As per customers request.
